		<description>The Universities did not drop Google because of any obvious security breaches - its based on &#039;concerns&#039; from faculty and staff.
Students at UC Davis are using google. 

A lot of the privacy concerns that has been raised about google are more about perception than anything else - there is mention of the &quot;patriot act&quot; in almost every argument against going to the cloud. The reality is that the act applies whether data is in the cloud or stored locally.</description>
